TS 2" focuser with rack and pinion and ball bearings
![Stable 2" focuser with rack and pinion adjustment, speed reduction and roller bearings for RC and Cassegrain telescopes with M90x1 thread on the tube [EN] Stable 2" focuser with rack and pinion adjustment, speed reduction and roller bearings for RC and Cassegrain telescopes with M90x1 thread on the tube [EN]](https://www.teleskop-express.it/img/cms/Schermata%20del%202025-11-17%2015-24-28.png)
The focuser fits directly to the M90x1 thread of the 6" and 8" RC and Cassegrain telescopes. It holds accessories weighing up to 6 kg and, thanks to the combination of roller bearing and rack and pinion drive, allows clean adjustment without tilting, even under maximum load. The base on the adjustment side is flat and equipped with two M4 internal threads, so that a motorized focuser such as the EAF from ZWO can be mounted without an auxiliary adapter.
Connection to the telescope:
On the telescope side, the focuser has an M90x1 internal thread with a knurled union nut. The thread depth is 8 mm. The focuser can also be connected to other telescopes such as refractors using an adapter to M90.
Connection of camera-side accessories:
The focuser is supplied with a 2" and a 1.25" receptacle. An M56x0.75 external thread is available for screw adaptations. This thread is both on the 2" receptacle and directly on the drawtube, so you can unscrew the receptacle. With individual adaptations, you can also realize a screw adaptation for astrophotography.
