TS Dark Filter for Dark Frames - 1.25" Filter Cell
This filter does not let light through and is therefore used to create dark frames. Here it replaces the time-consuming covering of the telescope, which usually has to be done at the front of the tube. The application is simple:
Dark filter in, make dark image
Dark filter out, if necessary R/G/B or nebula filter in and start photographing.

In addition, you can use the filter as dust protection, which, unlike other filters such as an LPR, does not produce a misleading image if you forget to remove it - the image is simply black.
